Our dishes are made from start to finish in our kitchen, so we have full control over the quality that we deliver. You’ll find ice cream in our freezers and, the microwaves are only used for melting butter. There are no shortcuts to authentic Italian cuisine.
We work with the same suppliers in all our venues, most have worked with us for over a decade. They are chosen by us to ensure the best possible ingredients are used in our kitchens. Where possible, we use local independent businesses that understand our business and passion for quality. For the most authentic Italian produce, we import from trusted suppliers in Italy who specialise in the very best Italian meats, cheese and oils.
