The Lion and Swan Hotel, on Swan Bank, Congleton, has been taken over by Pear Hospitality and Retail Holdings Ltd – a local Cheshire firm.
The group, which already owns Pecks Restaurant in Moreton and the Wheatsheaf in Sandbach, say they have big plans for the hotel – including ‘lavish bar areas and an exciting new restaurant’…
